My clock arrived today 11/16/22. The item was very carefully packaged and it arrived in perfect condition. This clock is even more beautifully detailed than shown in the pictures. I could not be more pleased!!
It took me a long time to receive the item, and after
opening the package, I found the hands for the clock
unassembled and a piece of the wood carving was broken
on it. I tried to put the hands on the clock myself with the
result of the battery chamber falling apart. The only way
I know to have this fixed is to take it to a clock repairman
to reassemble the hands and battery chamber.
